Landmark

Background:
Landmark is a provider of professional workspaces. The objective of this brief was to orchestrate a meaningful employee conference and team-building day. The goal was to create an immersive experience that not only engaged employees through interactive learning sessions but also highlighted the internal talent within the company. The event aimed to foster a sense of community and skill development among the attendees.

Solution:
From the post-pitch success to the execution phase, I was part of the team that took charge of the entire event lifecycle. This included creating an event name and identity aligned with the concept, managing suppliers, and overseeing technical production on the day. The day’s activities commenced with an inspiring keynote presentation, followed by delegates splitting into groups for designated activities such as a gospel choir workshop, a circus skills class, and a corporate social responsibility activity involving building bikes for a local charity.

Results:
The event proved to be a resounding success, providing delegates with an opportunity to acquire new skills in a fun and engaging manner. The day’s activities included two live gospel performances, a remarkable feat of simultaneously spinning 78 plates, and the construction of six bikes for a local children’s charity. These tangible results underscored the effectiveness of the event in achieving its objectives, cultivating team spirit, and contributing positively to the workplace.
