Background:
To design a global conference for nearly 1,000 leaders from one of the world’s largest corporations, with the objective of going beyond traditional keynote speeches and networking drinks. The challenge was to create an inspiring and immersive environment that would motivate and engage delegates, leaving them excited and prepared to embrace the brand’s future strategies.

Solution:
Over a meticulous three-month planning period, I was a part of the team that executed a comprehensive strategy. This involved securing a venue in Dubai, managing all event logistics, and implementing end-to-end guest experience management. In the two-week lead-up, a series of events were organized each night, complemented by the creation of a dedicated website and app to assist delegates. Transportation arrangements, onsite staff management, and content creation for the three-day conference were all seamlessly handled. The large-scale production included a 44-meter long screen, animating over 50 presentations and incorporating memorable moments such as a branded plane flying over the venue and a Wheel of Fortune-style gameshow hosted by James Bond actress Jane Seymour.

Results:
The results were impressive, with 33 keynote speakers captivating nearly 1,000 delegates from over 164 countries. 364 entrance visas were processed, showcasing its global reach and impact. The carefully crafted environment and engaging activities contributed to an immersive experience that not only met but exceeded the goals of motivating and preparing the leaders to embrace the brand’s future strategies.
