Background:
The objective was to host a virtual live-streamed event from both the US and UK simultaneously to educate regional managers about global company values and facilitate their implementation across various business units.


Solution:
I designed a digital platform and worked with both a development team and animation team to design a cohesive theme for this online event, enabling attendees to learn about company values. A notable feature was the virtual post-it note wall for real-time interaction. The event was simultaneously live-streamed from London and Florida, with hosts superimposed into a 3D environment, creating the illusion of them being in the same room.


Results:
The first-ever Virtual Kick On conference reached over 600 participants, taking place a year after the start of the pandemic. Online activities, like the social wall, achieved a high conversion rate, and user feedback highlighted the engagement of the production, with many viewers not realizing the hosts were in two different locations.
